HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY HEALTH IS IMPROVING?
To answer this properly and to help you really under-
stand your health I need to explain a few things first:
1. In America we are all taught to judge our health by our symptoms. American health care is based on attempting to control or suppress symptoms using Rx drugs or surgery.
Because symptoms are NOT the problem, but are caused by the problem, they are very inaccurate and misleading as the only way to determine your health.
2. Each of us is a completely unique human being. Like our fingerprints and DNA, chemically, emotionally, physically, in every way we are unique beings and we each heal at our own rate of healing.
3. Some people are very rapid healers, some people are slower to heal, and most of us are somewhere in the middle.
4. Our rate of healing cannot be predicted nor controlled by us or anyone else, but it can be influenced. Doing more of the right and supportive things and less of the wrong or disruptive things will promote healing and better health.
5. Healing takes time. Healing is very different from symptom control. If you have a headache you can take a drug and quickly block the pain signals and feel temporarily better. Healing, on the other hand, takes more time because it addresses the real, underlying causes of the headache and attempts to promote actual healing, cellular repair and regeneration which takes longer than using chemicals to block pain signals.
6. We want what you want: a significant, meaningful improvement in your health. We want you to feel better because you actually are better, in a higher state of health, and not just living on Rx drugs which give you a false and misleading feeling of better health.
7. Healing also involves changes within, and those changes sometimes cause certain reactions in the body which can be confused with and falsely interpreted as symptoms.
8. Our work is based on helping you restore a higher degree of personal health because you have done the right things to support and promote cellular healing, repair and regeneration.
9. Sometimes these changes associated with healing may produce symptoms like headache, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, skin rashes, etc. These are signs that what you are doing is making positive internal changes and the toxins are being released, but you must be very careful in how you understand these changes lest you become confused and think your health is worsening - it isn’t, just the opposite is happening.
EXAMPLE: Someone who has smoked for many years decides to quit. As they stop putting toxic chemicals in their body, internal changes begin. They have increased fatigue, they may feel depressed or anxious and restless from being deprived from the stimulation of nicotine, they may get headaches, sinus infections, colds, they may begin coughing and may produce thick yellow or green mucus from their nose and lungs.
If you misinterpret these symptoms you might think that they are getting worse - but if you understand the real scientific facts you know they are getting better because all the built up poisons are finally being released.
This is the change in thinking that we all need to make to move forward from confusion over symptoms to understanding real healing.
Because we are each unique we will each experience healing in our own way, but common to the healing process for each of us are these reactions to the positive changes involved in improving our health.
My medical training originates from Europe where these principles are taught, practiced and well understood. In America this approach is not taught because it conflicts with the idea that only Rx drugs heal. They don’t, but American medical schools and research are controlled by funding from the drug companies, and the very last thing they want is for you to ever question what real health is and if there are options and alternatives to Rx drugs.
When your body is no longer acidic, when your cells are well nourished and hydrated, when your digestive enzymes and inflammatory markers are good, that is when you will know your health is better because of healing, repair and regeneration. Please ask us for more information and visit our website where we have many pages of information to help you more fully understand and improve your health using safe, natural, proven effective alternative methods.
Compare the two photos here. One is of a swamp (the symbol for a toxic, sick body), and the other is of a beautiful, healthy garden (the symbol of your better health). Which would you rather have? Where would you rather spend your life?
